This drive-in theater declares to be the only Drive-In Double Feature in the country that has a devoted New Year's Eve event!

For those who do not like expensive racers, billet wheels, and shiny paint, the 9th Yearly Cowtown Kustom Greaserama may make a hit. This two-day event will be held on September 5 and 6 at the Boulevard Drive-In in Merriam, Kan. The theme here is "Old Skool", and you can expect to find your share of rat rods, Rockabilly, and tattoos.

The Ford Drive In still has all the old concession stand commercials that I remember seeing (dancing balloon women, oily hot dogs on a bun. "three minutes to go before show time!"). It's gritty, genuine and grainy. I feel exactly as I did when I was eight-years-old at the website drive-in. This place will take you back if you're with some buddies or on a date.
